14 Day Health Challenge

It's been over 5 years since I have done a health challenge for women ages 40 plus. Usually these are 30 -60 days but I am feeling compelled to do this shorter one, once again. There is SO much misinformation about nutrition, sleep, hormones, supplements, GLP-1s and their effects, weight training, perimenopause and menopause, workout intensity and what to do, how to meal prep, how to eat healthy at restaurants, which "diet" is best for overall health, and more!

Where do women get the truth? Where do they find a community of women they can share their questions and struggles with?


So, I am putting this out there to see what interest and commitment women of Amarillo have about doing this . Maybe you have done it before and need accountablity or miss having a community to share with. Maybe you have been struggling with motiviation and need some help there. Maybe you need a walking partner or want to find a group to play pickleball with or want to be able to play with the grandkids without geting tired.


If you are interested in a commitment to YOUR health, please reply to Suzi@live-well-fit.com . If I have at least 20 ladies say they want to start, I will begin the program . Tentative starting date is Tuesday Sept. 2nd.
