Monday
10 am Cycle - Ride to fun music of all decades and be motivated to work in your target heart rate zones.
11 am Total Body Weights- Use a variety of weights to train your body for strength,balance, agility and functional daily activities.

Tuesday
10 am Cardio Zones- heart rate training on the ellipticals, and treadmills coached with interval and endurance training at YOUR pace.Meets in the cardio area.
11 am -Mat Pilates Fushion - Core and total body training using pilates circles, mats and bands

Wednesday
10 am TRX HITT- Interval training using the TRX, Bosu Balls, Kettlebells and more.
11 am Yoga Flow - Slow combinations of yoga sequences with deep stretching & mobility
Thursday
10 am -Cardio Dance and Step- Fun combos anyone can follow to increase cardio function, cognitive function and agility.
11 am - Barre Sculpt - Using light weights, bands and balls to tone and sculpt the body.
