These classes are made up of fun women of all ages who are welcoming and like to have acountabilty to
continue to move daily. Find your community!

Monday
9 am Cycle - Ride to fun music of all decades and be motivated to work in your target heart rate zones.
10 am Total Body Weights- Use a variety of weights to train your body for strength,balance, agility and functional daily activities.
Tuesday
10 am Step, Kickbox and Cardio
11 am -Pilates /Barre Fushion - Core &otal body training using pilates circles, mats and bands

Wednesday
9 am TRX HITT- Interval training using the TRX, Bosu Balls, Kettlebells and more.
10 am Yoga Flow - Slow combinations of yoga sequences with deep stretching & mobility
Friday
9am am -Weight room workout on weight machines at your level and pace
Drop In Classes held at various times.
*Cardio Dance and Step- Fun combos anyone can follow to increase cardio function, cognitive function and agility.
*Barre Sculpt - Using light weights, bands and balls to tone and sculpt the body.
*Line Dancing- learn the latest fun moves on the dance floor .
