Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream - NO guilt!

OH my gosh! I was just wanting some chocolate ice cream but knew that it was not worth the bloating (I have dairy issues) or the extra calories. Then, I remembered this awesome, HEALTHY option and got to work making this delicious treat!

Only 4 ingredients, 10 minutes freeze time and you know exactly everything that does in your body is good for you!

I used the VEGAN ( rice and pea protein ) chocolate Shakeology, but if you don't have any issues with lactose, use the whey protein - You can also make VANILLA, strawberry and even Greenberry ice cream the same way!

Total Time: 4 hrs. 10 min. Prep Time: 10 min. Cooking Time: None Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients: 1 medium banana, cut into chunks ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology ( vegan or whey) 2 Tbsp. all-natural smooth peanut butter ( use almond butter if you have peanut alergies or SUn butter)

Preparation: 1. Place banana in plastic bag; freeze for 4 hours, or until completely frozen. 2. Place almond milk, bananas, Shakeology, and peanut butter in blender (or food processor); cover. Blend until smooth. 3. Serve immediately.
