Delicious Low Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup coconut oil melted

1/4 cup coconut PALM SUGAR

2 tsp.ground flaxseed with 5 tsp. water or large egg

1 tbs. vanilla extract

1 1/4 cup almond flour

1 1/4 old fashioned oats

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup dried currants ( I used raw cacao nibs but you can use goji berries too!)

Preheat over 350

Place the coconut oil, sugar, and stir

add flaxseed, egg vanilla then rest of ingredients

place dough in refrigerator for 10 minutes

scoop out dough on parchment paper

bake about 15 minutes until brown
