Healthy No bake holiday cookies!

I wanted to share these cookies I made that were a huge success during the holidays last year. Everyone loved them and had NO idea they were good for you! Recipe below.

We are ALL Tired of the stress of Covid, mentally and physically. We are scared to be around too many people, yet miss our community and lacking motivation to move! ( myself included)! I personally need all of the above so have decided to roll out my

60 day challenge starting January 1st 2021!

Shakeology Nutty No-Bake Cookies

These no-bake holiday cookies combine almond butter oats, and honey with rich Chocolate Shakeology. You can also use vanilla or chocolate plant based shakeolgy which is gluten and dariy free.

Cook Time 0 mins

Total Time 10 mins

Servings 24 servings, 1 cookie each

Calories 116 kcal


1 cup Chocolate Whey Shakeology powder

1 cup all-natural almond butter

1 tsp. pure almond extract

1 cup dry quick-cooking rolled oats

½ cup honey


Combine almond butter, extract, oats, honey, and Shakeology in a medium bowl; mix well with a spatula or clean hands.

Roll mixture into 24 balls, each about 1 inch in size.

Flatten each slightly so that it is shaped like a traditional cookie.

Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
