Who would ever think that 22 Amarillo women ages 45-68 would decide they would do their first half marathon? Well, these gals did! Most of these women trained last year with our outdoor group from the "LiveWellFit Tribe" to do their first sprint triathlon! 90 percent of them walked the half so there was no judgement or serious competition among them, but more of a support group and "we can do this" attitude.
