Whether you prefer to train individually, as part of a small group, or as a couple, I offer advice to help with any goal including improving posture/balance/flexibility, increasing strength, weight-loss, decreasing pain, adopting better eating habits. 

Training modalities include total body functional fitness, yoga stretch, core training, and more. I also specialize in improving your golf and pickleball games, providing pain relief and injury prevention, as well as mobility and cardio training.

Personal Training

Designed to cater to your specific needs and goals. I work closely with you to create a personalized workout plan that targets your problem areas and helps you achieve your desired results. 

Group Training

2 - 4 people

Experience the benefits of working out with others in a supportive, comfortable atmosphere. Designed to challenge you while keeping you motivated.

Couples Training

A fun and effective way to bond with your partner while getting fit. Work out together, support each other, and achieve your fitness goals as a team. 

*For training sessions held at Amarillo College, a membership is required.
