In a food processor, mix all ingredients except pecorino until well incorporated and creamy

Kick off this artichoke dip recipe by tossing a can of drained artichoke hearts into a food processor. Then add in lemon juice — two tablespoons is perfect.
Add a dash of sea salt and black pepper to your liking; start on the lighter side, as you can always add more later to taste. If you’re craving a little heat, sprinkling a bit of cayenne pepper will do the trick.
Toss in a heaping pound of chevre goat cheese, one of my favorites, and then add three more ingredients: olive oil, minced garlic, and chives. The olive oil will keep the artichoke dip smooth while the garlic and chives will add extra zest.
Blend it all up until all the ingredients are well incorporated — we don’t want any chunky artichoke hearts here! — and creamy.
