Healthy Banana Ice Cream

I had some frozen bananas cut up that I keep in my freezer for my Shakeology shakes, so here is what i did with them last night  

 YUM!!  Need to eat it fresh though!


  • 5 bananas (brown spotted- this means they are better for you!)

  • 1-2  dates

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup Almond or Rice milk (less if thicker consistency is desired)


  • Slice bananas, place in zip-lock bag and put into the freezer for a couple of hours until frozen.

  • Put bananas, cinnamon and dates into the a mixer like a vitamix  and blend.

  • Add Almond or Rice milk slowly until desired consistency is achieved.

  • Consistency will be similar to soft serve.

  • Eat right away or place back into the freezer for a harder consist
