1. How long does the Total Revamp last?
Beginning Sept. 26, this is a 60-day program designed to totally change your health biomarkers, reduce your blood sugar levels, improve your gut health, give you more energy, keep you accountable for movement and a healthier easy eating protocol!
2. What is the basis of the program?
I will be giving you all the tools to help you fit YOUR lifestyle and schedule. We will address what your present eating and moving habits are and make small doable changes each week! While you are not required to make these changes, the more small steps you take, the better you will feel! You will have a small group of women doing this with you to share struggles and keep each other motivated and accountable.
We will work on sleep, hydration, dealing with stress, why you may have lack of motivation and steps to help, plus how to prep and create or find healthy easy meals here in town if you don’t have time to cook (although I DO recommend cooking at home to save a bit of money).
**It is highly recommended that you get your blood work done from your doctor or local lab prior to the Challenge for A1C, Cholesterol, Thyroid T3 & T4.
To heal your gut and allow it absorb all the goodness you are about to put into your body, you'll be required to order a Sampler Pack and drink Shakeology for a meal the first 3 days. You are encouraged to continue drinking Shakeology to get all your superfoods, greens, and protein in for at least one meal a day.
3. When/where do we meet?
This is an Amarillo program, though many meetings and workouts will be held virtually.
First meeting for ALL is Monday, September 12th at 7:00 PM via ZOOM CALL.
From there, I will be getting information from you and placing you in small groups based on where you are at with nutrition, daily movement, and what your goals are. (Example, one group will be for those who have not been exercising and don’t want to cook many meals. Another group, those who presently move daily and want to cook more meals, etc.)
I will begin posting one workout video a week for toning/strength training you will do twice a week on your schedule. You will be encouraged to walk for 30 minutes or perform some other form of cardio of your choice at least 3 times per week. I will offer Restore Stretch classes for us to do together on Zoom or at a local gym (no charge to you) once a week to lower stress, improve joint mobility, and hang with the girls after! These will be offered on Saturdays and Wednesdays around 6pm.
