Dr. Moore with Amarillo MD, PLLC, my favorite naturally minded family medicine physician, is on board to answer YOUR questions and give discussions on all things related to women's health. She'll analyze your bloodwork pre- and post-challenge.

  • Base YOUR health and fitness regimen on your personal blood work and sound advice you'll get from an MD and fitness/wellness expert together!

  • You will get your blood work done per Dr. Moore, in order to have the revamp team design the best nutrition, exercise and wellness program based on YOUR results of blood sugar, hormone levels and cholesterol numbers per Dr. Moore and have tools to better these numbers. Do you HAVE to use Dr. Moore to be part of the Total revamp? You do not, but I feel this is a huge part of your success.

  • You will be motivated to set personal health goals and have your present habits evaluated and get help making new habits.

  • Make fun new friends, supporting and motivating each other and being accountable to the group.

  • Learn about stress reduction, hormone health, gut health, how to get better sleep as well as reducing your stress level.

  • Eat healthier, while you learn about proper nutrition. You are encouraged to do an at home food sensitivity test to learn if your body reacts to certain foods. This is optional but highly encouraged for you to learn more about YOUR body and your personal health.

  • Move more and have an exercise program based on your needs with modifications and a variety of workouts to help you move and enjoy moving again.

  • The challenge will also include group discussions with Dr. Moore, with Amarillo MD, PLLC, my favorite naturally-minded family medicine physician.
