Move more and have an exercise program based on your needs with modifications and a variety of workouts to help you move and enjoy moving again.
The challenge will also include weekly FaceTime group sessions with Dr. Moore, with Amarillo MD, PLLC, my favorite naturally minded family medicine physician, to answer YOUR questions and have discussions on all things related to women's health.
Weekly meal prep tips with a personal chef, Jennifer Shea, owner of Chef Prep Meals & More, to help you stay on your plan and make your time in the kitchen as efficient as possible.
